Covid-19 update: I resume work on Wed 28 April 2021 and my diary is open. Get in touch if you’d like to make an appointment.
There are increased hygiene measures and changes to clinic procedure so that I can follow industry and government guidelines.
Does a long day at the office leave your shoulders feeling tense? Or maybe a hectic lifestyle leaves you feeling stressed and unable to relax? Whether it’s physical or mental relaxation you’re looking for massage is a wonderful way to help bring your body back in to balance.
Over the years, I have seen how important my massage treatments can be in supporting someone through the physical, emotional and mental stresses and strains of daily life.
On my website you will be able to read about the individual modalities I am trained in. A combination of these styles can also work well in a session to help achieve the desired outcome. I have also completed Iris Cancer Partnership/Gayle MacDonald’s ‘Massage for People Living with Cancer’ Level 1 programme and continue to develop my skills and knowledge through working with cancer patients.
I use my own handmade oil blends, which have a high organic content. For an aromatherapy appointment, this blend is made at the beginning of the treatment to suit the client’s needs. To find out more about Aromatherapy .
I’m a member of the Scottish Massage Therapists Organisation.
