Does a long day at the office leave your shoulders feeling tense? Or maybe a hectic lifestyle leaves you feeling stressed and unable to relax? Whether it’s physical or mental relaxation you’re looking for massage is a wonderful way to help bring your body back in to balance.
Over the years, I have seen how important my massage treatments can be in supporting someone through the physical, emotional and mental stresses and strains of daily life.
I am qualified in Swedish massage, Clinical aromatherapy and Indian head massage, and trained in pregnancy massage and deep tissue massage & bodywork. I have completed Iris Cancer Partnership/Gayle MacDonald’s ‘Massage for People Living with Cancer’ Level 1 programme and continue to develop my skills and knowledge through working with cancer patients as well as continued oncology massage training with Iris.
I use my own handmade oil blends, which have a high organic content. For an aromatherapy appointment, this blend is made at the beginning of the treatment to suit the client’s needs. To find out more about Aromatherapy .
I’m a member of the Scottish Massage Therapists Organisation.
